Access to the hotel is confusing!!! Finding the entrance was unnecessarily complicated, involving navigating through inconspicuous alleys and numerous steps. If you're not familiar with the area, you might feel lost and frustrated!!!

Just had an amazing stay at Ambasciata Sorrento! Rooms are spotless, breakfast on the terrace rocks, and the location is ideal for exploring. Perfect base for wandering around Sorrento's lively streets. Wish I could stay longer!

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of Ambasciata Sorrento Relais Bed & Breakfast is ideal as it’s on a floor within a large pink building on the corner of Tasso Piazza, making it easy to access local cafes and shops. However, it would be helpful for future guests to have clearer directions to find the hotel entrance, as it can be tricky.

I stayed in a Comfort Quadruple Room for 6 nights, and it was super spacious and brightly decorated. The room had a nice big balcony that overlooked the square and even had sea views which was perfect for breakfast. The location was central, right by Piazza Tasso, but when you shut the wooden shutters, it blocked out most of the noise. Some light could sneak in though.

Perfectly Positioned with Amazing Staff
This charming accommodation boasts an unbeatable location right in the heart of Piazza Tasso, making it easy to explore all that Sorrento has to offer. Our Excelsior Room had high ceilings and two verandas that provided stunning views, perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast delivered right to our room. The management, especially Vincenzo and Valentina, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional with thoughtful recommendations and accommodations for our daily plans. I can't wait to return, though it would have been nice to have clearer directions to the hotel entrance.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. especially during breakfast with diverse choices. The location is vibrant, allowing easy access to cafes, shops, and local landmarks. we truly felt at home.
While our experience was fantastic, a bit more soundproofing would improve an already lovely stay.
